Who is Edelweiss Desk + Design?

Edelweiss Desk + Design is a boutique studio led by Danielle and Miranda—your bicoastal, US-based team for branding, web design, and social media. We help small business owners stand out, worry less, and focus on what they love most.

What services do you offer?

We specialize in branding, web design, social media management, marketing support, storefront creation, inquiry forms, and booking/calendar integrations. Our packages are flexible and tailored to your business needs.

Do you only work with clients in Rhode Island or Los Angeles?

Nope! While we’re based in Rhode Island and LA, we proudly serve clients in 38 states (and counting). If you’re a US-based business owner, we can help—no matter where you are.

What industries do you work with?

We work with all kinds of businesses—real estate agents, child care providers, construction companies, restaurants, hairstylists, bakeries, photographers, wedding caterers, and more. If you’re passionate about your business, we’re here for you.

How does your process work?

It’s simple:
  1. Fill out our inquiry form
  2. Schedule a “vibe check” Zoom call to get to know you and your goals
  3. We recommend a package and send you a contract & invoice
  4. Once you’re on board, you get access to your own Google Drive folder and Slack channel
  5. We get to work—keeping you in the loop every step of the way!

How long are your contracts?

Most of our clients start with a 90-day (3 month) contract. After that, you can renew, upgrade, or adjust your services as needed in 6, 9 or 12 month increments.

How quickly do you respond to clients?

Super fast! We pride ourselves on real-time support—usually responding within minutes via email, Slack, or text.

What if I need something that’s not listed in your packages?

Just ask! We love customizing our services to fit your specific needs. If it’s in our creative wheelhouse, we’ll make it happen.

Do you outsource any work?

Never. All of your work is handled by Danielle and Miranda—no outsourcing, no language barriers, and no delays.
